More importantly, they are in charge of maintaining and improving relationships with customers and suppliers, making sure we meet their payment expectations as well as they meet ours, always keeping an eye out for money saving opportunities, how important is that?

They are also responsible for making sure our employees are paid accurately and timely, in other words, helping the team keeping their motivation up, while at the same time creating reports for budgeting, forecasting, crucial to facilitate the organisation’s decision-making process.

With great team spirit, the logistics team is able to achieve its daily goals and objectives in a professional manner.

We also ensure that every order received is accurately picked using hand held scanners and a state of the art Vertical storage unit. Orders are either consolidated for designated customer shipping days or shipped out for a next day delivery via our preferred courier.

The team are also responsible for the finished parts division at KSPTE, ensuring every tool that goes out the door has the correct label and etch on it.
